How to lodge a complaint with MPSJ?
Note: MPSJ will action and/or respond to complaints within 14 working days. Explain your problem and specify its location.

1. Walk-in to Kaunter Aduan – Aras 1, Kaunter Bersepadu, MPSJ. Ask for No. Rujukan.
