Bantahan penduduk dari BP 11 dan 12 mengenai projek IOI untuk membangun pangsapuri mewah setinggi 18 dan 19 tingkat di Bandar Puteri 11 yang dimajukan oleh Flora Development Sdn. Bhd.

Kes ini masih dalam proses setelah sesi bantahan diadakan oleh pihak MPSJ bersama dengan penduduk dan pemaju beberapa bulan lalu. Tapi untuk sementara, pihak MPSJ telah mengarah pemaju mengemukakan lapuran teknikal TIA dan hal-hal yang lain kepada pihak MPSJ. Juga di cadangkan bahawa pihak IKRAM akan buat sesuatu kajian untuk memastikan kelayakan pembangunan projek itu.

Bandar Puteri 12 : Street Lights All Lit Up

Subsequent to the meeting with Bandar Puteri 12, the RA was advised to lodge complaint with MPSJ regarding faulty lights at their park and access road.

On Friday 24 October 2008, JKP 16 were informed that the access road lights were repaired and all lit up.

RA representative Mr. Lee on 25 October 2008 informed Jo Hann, "tqvm, lights all in order."
