Pusat Kitar Semula Zon 16 MPSJ - Bandar Puteri 7

It takes time to inculcate the idea of recycling in our community. For a start, we can spread the word to our neighbours, friends and relatives about the existence of 2 MPSJ recycling centres in Zone 16. One is located in Bandar Puteri 7 and the other in Taman Tasik Wawasan, Pusat Bandar Puchong.

Remember the 3 Rs - Reuse, Reduce and Recycle. There are so many things we can do to make 3 Rs a part of our lives . For instance, reuse your shopping bag, reduce paper usage and sort recyclable materials from other waste during disposal. More importantly, make it a point to send the recyclable materials like aluminium, plastic, glass and paper to the 2 MPSJ recycling centres.

Here is the picture of the Bandar Puteri 7 MPSJ recycling centre. It is located near the Bandar Puteri 7 police station and Sri Bergonia apartment.

Pusat Kitar Semula Zon 16 MPSJ Dibuka Sekarang! Ia bertempat dekat Balai Polis Bandar Puteri 7 dan Pangsapuri Sri Bergonia. Penduduk digalak menjadikan kitar semula amalan seharian. Aluminium, plastik, kaca dan kertas adalah barang kitar semula yang diambil.

Kerusi Marble di Acacia Puteri 7

Pada Rabu 25 Mac 2009, ahli JKP Zon 16 memaklumkan bahawa 10 buah kerusi marble telah dipasang di kawasan permainan Acacia Puteri 7. Dengan adanya kerusi marble, penduduk dapat duduk bersembang dengan jiran-jiran di kawasan permainan itu.

Penduduk Acacia Puteri 7 mengucapkan ribuan terima kasih kepada MPSJ khasnya Puan Azlina atas usaha dan budi baiknya.

Height Barrier At Link Road : Fallen Again

On Thursday 19th March 2009, JKP 16 alerted MPSJ of the tilted height barrier at the link road of Persiaran Wawasan-Jalan Serindit. This height barrier is located on the Wawasan side. It was suspected that a lorry either attempted to forcefully go under the barrier or used the left road shoulder to go inside thus brushing against the barrier. Also the soil mound which was constructed previously to prevent lorries from using the road shoulder was completely flatten!

On Friday evening 20th March 2009, a resident alerted MPSJ hotline that the height barrier had fallen! JKP 16 would like to thank the resident who took the initiative to alert MPSJ in true "our community, our responsibility" spirit.

In the same evening, an MPSJ response team was immediately dispatched to the site to gauge the damage and control/prevent traffic from going in the link road as the barrier has fallen.

Jalan Puteri 7/1 dan 7/2 Siap Ditampal

Pada 17 Mac 2009, penampalan jalan berlubang di Jalan Puteri 7/2 dan 7/1, Bandar Puteri telah dijalankan serentak pada pagi itu. Terima kasih kepada pengawai MPSJ, Encik Syahizam yang turun padang bersama ahli JKP Zon 16, Encik Jacky untuk memantau kerja penampalan tersebut.

Program Turun Padang Dato' YDP MPSJ Bersama JKP MPSJ

Pihak Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya telah mengadakan Program Turun Padang Dato’ Yang Dipertua MPSJ bersama Jawatankuasa Penduduk (JKP) MPSJ Kawasan Dun Sri Serdang seperti butiran berikut :

Tarikh : 11hb Mac 2009 (Rabu)
Masa : 8.30 malam
Tempat : Dewan Puchong Indah, MPSJ

Di samping itu, wakil dari SYABAS, Jabatan Perparitan dan Saliran, TNB, Alam Flora, polis dan bomba turut hadir.

Pengerusi JKP selaku Ahli Majlis serta ahli-ahli JKP bagi setiap zon adalah dijemput untuk turut hadir bersama bagi sesi perbincangan hal-hal yang berkaitan JKP bagi Zon 12 hingga Zon 20. Sehubungan dengan itu, ahli-ahli JKP Zon 16 telah menghadiri program tersebut. Antara isu-isu yang berkaitan JKP Zon 16 telah dibangkitkan seperti sistem penyuraian trafik Setia Walk, gejala sosial pelawat asing yang berkumpul dan berminum arak di sekitar Wawasan 2 dan Bandar Puteri 7, kenderaan-kenderaan yang berlalu dengan laju di sepanjang Persiaran Wawasan, keadaan jalan pintasan Persiaran Wawasan-Jalan Serindit 1 yang sempit dan berlencongan tajam dan permohonan untuk pegawai polis ditempatkan di Bit Polis Taman Wawasan.

Jalan Puteri 7/1 Bush Cutting Done

On the 1st week of March 2009, our JKP member alerted MPSJ regarding a bush located at the junction of Jalan Puteri 7/1 that was blocking driver's view.

MPSJ has since then trimmed the bush and we're able to see clearly now especially for any oncoming vehicles. Terima Kasih MPSJ.
