We run our respective Zones- to be the ‘eyes and ears’ of the Rakyat who resides within and assist them and their well-being/ welfare, within our capability and limitation. If anything requires MPSJ to do, we have to voice it out for the good of our community. To make any effective complaint, one must make sure of the following:-
1. complaint be preferred in writing, so as to place on record;
2. it should be accompanied with photographs, as the saying goes: “picture paints a thousand words’;
3. once you have lodged you complain with MPSJ, you should follow-up with them until the complaint is resolved; follow-up with the Pegawai of the respective department;
4. if there is no results, then you contact your JKP members for assistance; whereupon your Ahli Majlis, Cr Chang Kim Loong AMN will ‘trouble shoot’.
