A while ago, we did a short write-up on how to lodge a complaint with MPSJ. Today, we will touch on collection and cleaning services run by Alam Flora Sdn Bhd. There are 5 services outsourced to Alam Flora Sdn Bhd:
1) Domestic waste collection (Kutipan Sisa Domestik)
2) Garden refuse collection (Kutipan Sisa Kebun/Sampah Longgok)
3) Road sweeping (Sapuan)
4) Drain clearing (Pembersihan Longkang)
5) Grass cutting (Pemotongan Rumput)
All taman will have an Alam Flora signboard erected highlighting the sub-contractor (name and contact number displayed) in charge of collection (kontraktor kutipan) and cleaning (kontraktor pembersihan). Also displayed is the Alam Flora Toll-Free number 1-800-880-880.
Besides complaining directly to MPSJ, residents can straightaway contact the sub-contractors or Alam Flora in matters related to the above 5 services.
